What happens to movies that are supposed to be released and don't report gross like (TSATF)?

I think I read somewhere that after 12 weeks it gets delisted but if it never reports a gross then is it struck from the actors lists and never factored into their TAG?

The Sound And The Fury (TSATF) released Oct 23 and has yet to release a box office.
