It's called a huge ARB opprtunity
Unfotunately, most everyone that wants to buy it already has. Not many more people to drive the price higher. On HSX, there is no way to actually take advantage of the arbitrage situation until it delists. Basically, there is no opportunity for price arbitrage, only time arbitrage.
