Hmm, why let it delist then?
Using the example from my original post, I could sell it all while it's worth 10000 instead of letting it delist at 5000. So why would anyone let it delist?
I guess it would just depend on the movie though. In the original example it's better to sell and make twice as much. However if you bought into a movie at H$100 a share and the movie makes $125M then it would make more sense to just let it delist and cash out at H$125 a share right?
My last question is just this. When a movie cashes out, does it only apply to long shares you own or will it also count if you own short shares of a movie?
