I think since he works at HSX, he ought to know if the old system was outdated or not. Remember - the aspect of HSX is to sell data to studios, etc., and we are merely helping them do that.
They run a business, they have to keep technology updated, etc., otherwise they will not last as long as they have. How many internet businesses are not around 10 years later?
So, if HSX is telling us their technology was 'broken' so to speak, then I tend to believe them. While you may not like V4, I can tell you that they have listened to us on many things over the years (and *I've* been here over 10 years myself!) and the game has improved on many levels.
Cut them some slack...let them work out some bugs, etc., with V4, I'm sure in time, they will add more features to it as they listen to what we request, but in the meantime... it's time to move on.... HSX has - with us, or without us...so choose a side.
