The price of a security will move based on your action _before_ your action is implemented.
So, when you Covered the security it was at $3.23. Covering (and Buying) a security cause it to go up in price. So HSX calculates how much your action will raise the price THEN calculates your proceeds based on that new price. So say your action raises the price $0.02 (number picked out of thin air), then you Covered it at $3.25
