Even after a Moviestock delists its total Box Office gets updated every Monday. And when the Moviestocks are updated the TAGs on all their attached Starbonds are likewise updated. So Starbond TAGs get continually updated but it is only when a Moviestock that the Starbond is attached to delists that the Starbond's price gets adjusted to match its TAG. Between those adjusts a Starbond's price is determined by player trading, same as other securities.

Good question. It used to be weekly updates, but has become less frequent of late and somewhat irregular. Updates are almost always on project Jun 22, 17:36
