WEEK 2 - WEEK 1 = 13.7 - 9.0 = 4.7

WEEK 3 = 4.7 * 60% = 2.82 + 13.7 = 16.52

WEEK 4 = 2.82 * 60% = 1.69 + 16.52 = 18.21
