NEW RULE for all Port Value League Members

Effective immediately, members who reach a graduation point will NOT be asked to quit the PVL level they are on until the END of the current month's competition.  When JuiceMe left, he was killing the % gains, and more than deserved to win the month if he continued.  This will enable players to complete their month of success and remain in the competition that they might be leading at that time.

If there are questions/concerns, please post them in the league comment area.

For prospective PVL members, this rule is the new status quo; therefore, shall apply to you upon joining as well.
