for what it's worth, not all trade between midnight-8am Pacific Time is 'reset trading'
some of us are working in much different timezone patterns and are doing the bulk of our regular trading/port maintenance at that time. Ie I get home from work at 6pm, which is reset time here, and tool around on my port for a while. Doesn't mean I'm working the reset.
I hope all the movement settles down soonish anyway, but the .01 increment makes it seem unlikely ... it feels rather counterintuitive that when a stock is trending (say) down over a 24 or 48 hour period it may appear to go up multiple times within that period. We have to change the way we think about movement.
