Generally, the IPO price is $5 and the cash-out value is $12 for successful nominees and $0 for ones that do not get nominated.
This can change though depending on how many nomioptions are issued (which is normally 12, but could be less or more in weak or strong years), or how many nominations there are in a category (normally five, but there are now 10 Best Picture nominees, for example).
The cash-out price is the total IPO value of the Nominoptions, divided by the number of nominations for the Oscar.
