Is my logic correct here?

Thinking of easy money... Nominoptions delist at $0 for losers and $25 for winners... wouldn't the threshold for any category be to combine all prices, subtract commission, and if above $25 short all / under $25 long all? It's not very fun but wouldn't this would guarantee profits?
