he nitpicks me all the time. i don't take offense to it anymore, but rather i just read what he says, if i agree then I change my habit (or try), if not I make my argument.
DMac's a very fair guy imo. he may come off a little "my way or the highway", but just think about how long he has been doing this? tough love rules applies :)
