talking about the MTC tracking from Monday night. Not the RS.

I saw the MTC, saw the stocks sink, and in previous weeks have seen them head back up the next day. But this week, they kept dropping all of Tuesday. Oh well. No biggie.

[CGAME] so, someone explain to me why this stock is consistently dropping? kensanity Sep 01, 23:50

Sure .. Tracking is lower than stock priced: RS and MTC estimate $11M for the 4-day weekend. 2.2 multiplier puts the stock value at $24.20 {nm} grammar Sep 01, 23:58

RS and MTC, are those sites? I dont see those mentioned on the blogs I follow :( {nm} kensanity Sep 02, 00:09

well... kensanity Sep 02, 00:12

Notfbio posts the numbers every week. See below {nm} grammar Sep 02, 00:22

MTC stands for "Major Theater Chain".. Carlion Sep 02, 05:16

RS stands for Reel Source. It's a subscription site that includes future tracking. {nm} Jelly Sep 02, 05:26

Another mystery solved. Thank you =) {nm} Carlion Sep 02, 05:31

here's their website (link) tealfan Sep 02, 08:21

.....and the trailer looks like the giant turd I left in my toilet earlier today. {nm} Broiler Sep 02, 11:19

Watch the trailer and ask yourself, would I rather spend my labor day weekend watching that or something more interesting like CSPAN {nm} Wolfythunder Sep 02, 00:08

Labor Day Weekend usually sucks for movies. Top three grossers were sequels or in Halloween's case a reboot. My guess is they feel this Catzan Sep 02, 00:42

rofl good call. kensanity Sep 02, 00:45

When you are small, it is easier to see trends. If you radar a stock (buy one share), you can cheaply track the movement and figure out what Catzan Sep 02, 00:54

You know what still kills me is that the full effect of the the tracking numbers being posted doesn't hit right away. Carlion Sep 02, 05:25

I didn't pay attention to the upslide but if you did Catzan Sep 02, 06:11

It wasn't that there was an uptick so to speak, but rather a stop to the freefall. Carlion Sep 02, 06:58

no stock is ever too low or too high.. karspov Sep 02, 07:17

What method do you yourself use for guaging that? {nm} Carlion Sep 02, 08:00

spelunking for guano. {nm} Catzan Sep 02, 08:12

That's disgusting. Every way you look at it, whether literally or creatively and metaphorically. Disgusting =) {nm} Carlion Sep 02, 09:07

well you know how cats are {nm} tealfan Sep 02, 09:22

Maybe because smart traders realize that RS doesn't have a great track record, especially for more than a week in advance {nm} secretstalker Sep 02, 07:50

talking about the MTC tracking from Monday night. Not the RS. Carlion Sep 02, 08:04

And yet... this summer, almost every single "rule" has been broken. secretstalker Sep 02, 04:30

Heh, that's why I "lawyered" up that post with "usually" and the other with "still could". ;-) I like how they are promoting 'Steve' with Catzan Sep 02, 08:04

It's got GAME in the title and pretty much almost all video game movies suck. {nm} Qale Sep 02, 00:49

Hey, Uwe Boll didn't direct this one at least! {nm} Catzan Sep 02, 00:55

I like Resident Evil movies and I liked Silent Hill. Qale Sep 02, 00:56

Tomb Raider was ok. But you know what I find funny, sometimes I look at action movies and how they are structured like video games..or maybe Catzan Sep 02, 01:01
