Deaths are sales gimmick in comics

Ditto to #1 issues of a comic that already ran 500 issues, company wide crossovers and anything that creates controversy.

If you like Ultimate Peter Parker, don't buy the new comics and wait a year and a half for them to set up his return and a return to decent sales.
