You are right, there is no cast. But it DID have a director in Simon Kinberg when the project was with Paramount. Now that it has moved to WB, it has a Producer in Donald De Line and a writer in Ed Witworth.
Having said that, you are the boss and know way more about this than I do. It's good to see your take on it and I will know better next time when wondering about new projects.
