1 player playing 1 stock is not manipulation
2 or more players/ports with an agreement to play stocks in certain directions is manipulation.
If 1 player makes a move and others follow with no talk/agreement beforehand to trade a certain way, it isn't manipulation.
Players don't have to play at reset to coordinate play. In fact, reset is more transparent than any time period of play in this game.
That being said, there was 1 person playing with 2 ports at reset last night. Emailed Antibody that info. Don't know if he was playing his 2 ports in a coordinated way, but when you play them at reset that is likely
