About The Beaver, I thought it was going great, I'd say the first 3/4s of it get a B+, while the last part gets a big F for a goofy happy ending. It could've been a great darker movie. I can't figure this to be an easy script to make into a movie, so kudos to Jodie Foster for that. And I thought Mel Gibson was great, I'm happy to see him back into acting, just stay away from action and rom coms.
