Since it is dicussed in Feedback & Support. In addition, perhaps Antibody should have made his post about a bomb threat in the Life board, but he is the forum moderator and not I.
From the TOS:
Upload, post, publish, email, reproduce, distribute or otherwise transmit any information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, embarrassing, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), invasive of another's privacy, or hateful;
Basically, the operators of this site have the right to censor any commentary that matches the conditions above, which is fairly easily done in a subjective manner. The users of this site do not own the content or even the posts we make here. There is no freedom of speech or expression on this site. I am not saying this is a bad thing as it is difficult to keep everyone happy when people are free to express themselves to the nth degree. A4J is certainly free to posit his opinions, but those opinions may not adhere to the spirit of the TOS (subjective again).
Is it right or wrong to remove him? That is hardly the point. The operator of the site is within their rights as retained in the TOS to remove A4J for any post that THEY believe is [insert list of bad behavior here].
FWIW, A4J has my pitiful support (newbie remember?) as I usually default to freedom and liberty.
