Oh please, when there's severe action taken, as a result of an opinion that you put forth on an internet forum, it's censorship.
Just like in the 50's and 60's when you can loose your job or TV sponsors for espousing your political views, that were's in keeping with the times. That's censorship. You can split hairs, and and hide behind rules, which were designed for enabling censorship of its members, but it's still cenship.
My understanding is that in the US and Canada, we are allowed to have free speech, without governmental interference. Yes, there are repercussions, but they should not be from the authorities. If some ignorant American decides to make some stupid movie that defames Muslims, the government has no right to do anything against them(the film makers).
On the other hand, if extremist Muslims, threaten the lives of those who made the movie, then it's the job of the government to protect the movie makers. That's the rule of law, in a democratic society.
