Wow ! I Couldn't Be Happier About My Low 34M Prediction, But With That 175M Budget It Better Have Some Serious Legs.
It's a decent start, but nowhere near the tracking expectations. I'm glad I low balled it because I just knew a movie like this wouldn't have the massive appeal everybody was expecting even with JC's name on it. It looked too dark for kids and the story itself is mostly a classic tale that only adults know. I Didn't really understand the huge predictions for it from the start, but now Disney should really be the only one's concerned.

I'm not too worried about it. Polar Express had a $23M weekend, delisted around $90 and made made $160 or so by mid-February Nov 07, 05:38
