few sites that had stuff that wasn't posted. Posting news has even slowed down as the news posters take it easy every now and then. Look at the BD post below...that was from a few days ago but had not been posted yet. BD isn't in everyone's main flow of news traffic. D.Mac will throw out some weird ones everynow and again from sites that I never would think to look at. I have about 12 or so sites I look at and of those maybe 4 now I hit consistently. I got fat and lazy with my port. I used to sniff out all sorts of stuff. Back when we had Faaborgs, I would see a sudden surge in stock purchases and if I didn't know what the news was or cause, I would google it and sometimes find something that was instigating the interest in the stocks. I always click on the trades and they do ahve certain times they post new stuff but if you notice, heh...I have noticed...I used to post some of the midday/afternoon news and now others are getting it. Getting in on the ground floor of news used to be a priority for me...now...not so much.
I tell ya, on a slow day like a Saturday, CS used to be good for one afternoon story that would impact traders. So I would always look for it about 3p or 4p. This story from AICN is pretty much a non-story, but if you saw the stock at the time I posted, traders had already been reacting well before the post. And really...that is why I posted the story as it serves to point out why something like it is doing willy nilly stuff. This was a case where the stock was reacting and then the post of the news came. That is an effect from lack of site traffic from board posters really.
Ok...Was that a short enough answer.
