I think it's...
...this article,which suggests the budget and marketing cost exceeds $500 million. I suspect that part of the reason Fox have kept such a veil of secrecy over this project is that information about an exceedingly high-budget tends to draw waves of negativity (see also Waterworld, Titanic) that they wanted to avoid this time around. Sure enough, the negativity has come, with much talk about how it won't connect with audiences and it will be lucky to make $200 million, ect.
