LAT: Deadline owner Jay Penske takes Nikki Finke to arbitration Antibody Nov 19, 12:40

Surprised it took this long. Its been more than 24 hours since she was fired. {nm} DTravel Nov 19, 13:10

if the court upholds, that's three years of no website for Nikki {nm} lobogotti Nov 19, 13:32

I could do without her for a couple years. {nm} skamanfu Nov 19, 13:38

Arbitration, not a court, but will still apply CA law, which generally holds that non-competition clauses are unenforceable. {nm} Rumblestripkin Nov 19, 13:45

Some exceptions, however, depending on how her sale to Penske was structured. {nm} Rumblestripkin Nov 19, 13:45
