Is Disney Struggling With The Boba Fett Spin-Off Movie? LexDiamond Jun 02, 15:17

I agree w/ the article--if they have to mess w/ Boba Fett's villainy in order for Disney to make a movie around him, I'd rather not have one {nm} chosenone2oo5 Jun 02, 15:30

I always assumed you could make a villain/anti-hero a protagonist as long as the results of his actions are indirectly beneficial to others. chosenone2oo5 Jun 02, 15:37

Since Boba Fett had so few lines (were there only two?) the script almost writes itself. second gary Jun 02, 16:11

This was written on 4/25, a month before Gareth Edwards was hired presumably for the film. {nm} Antibody Jun 02, 15:35

if this is out of date old news, can you scribble the post so it doesnt afftect the stock price {nm} RazorHawk Jun 02, 15:38

There is no mention of the ticker symbol. The project isn't official. {nm} Antibody Jun 02, 15:39

which is why it should be scrubbed. its a rumor based on complete speculation and its not given the proper context. Moviesnob Jun 02, 20:51

Too late for that. {nm} ~JPV~ Jun 02, 16:02

This actually makes Gareth Edwards look really good for the job. He made Godzilla the hero of the city, even after smashing it to pieces. {nm} chosenone2oo5 Jun 02, 15:41

boba fett was a licensed bounty hunter working for the the empire, which was the legally established goverment at the time. that doesnt make horrorfanatic Jun 02, 16:35

dude ive read ENTIRELY to many of those books and comics {nm} horrorfanatic Jun 02, 16:41

Boba Fett was more a mercenary than a villain. I've long thought a spin-off surrounding the Bounty Hunter's Guild could be a good flick. PlasticGoat Jun 02, 19:16
