boba fett was a licensed bounty hunter working for the the empire, which was the legally established goverment at the time. that doesnt make
him a villian. working for jabba the hutt made him shady at best. at worst it made him a mercenary...a gun for hire...off the top of my head i can think of a couple of john wayne movies where he was a hired gun to. i can think of several clint eastwood movies. i just dont see the problem here unless they intend to make him so kid friendly that he might as well carry a feather instead of a blaster. if thats the direction they want to go then i agree that its better to just quit now
