Well, it's only been in theaters for two days but a lot of movie writers have been talking about it since Cannes.
I think the plan is for a slow release and hope that word-of-mouth like this helps people to make an effort to see it rather than some of the other dreck being released in late August. (It's unfortunate for War Dogs and Don't Breathe, which are both pretty decent films... haven't seen Hands of Stone but that looks decent, too)
