btw, the best (recent) comp I can come up with for War Dogs is Nice Guys. I think that's pretty comparable
actually. that one opened to $700k and ended with an $11.2M OW.
I do feel a lot of the crowd is going to have to come from Sausage Party and Suicide Squad, so it will be interesting to see where all three end up this weekend.
the best movie to compare this to IMO would be Lord of War, but that was ages ago. this film has more youth appeal than that film, obviously.
actually, if I could cross two movies together I'd take The Wolf of Wall Street + Lord of War and name the baby War Dogs.
