I disagree - that's a sequel to the spin-off and as you pointed out, more adult and more male...
I'd say 10x is a good guesstimate multiplier for this movie. It's not so front-loaded as supers, but close...Some of the expensive Thursday night showings (we had some $35/ticket screens) will also inflate this Thursday number, so I think 10x is a nice compromise to the "more female, more young, more family-skewing than Strange" group (who all come out later in the weekend)...
