Fair point! I'm not meaning to take sides of anyone trading. This is just one of those movies I feel confident in. Its interest levels are
...comparable to Apocalypse (which is where I think they're getting their range from), but also ahead of The Wolverine and similar to Doctor Strange and others that have opened around $70-80m. With no other real competition that weekend, and if reviews are as strong as the marketing, I feel pretty confident the $55-60m range is partly studio lowballing (which I also understand the merits of).
But hey, we'll see!
