Marvel typically wraps (before reshoots) and releases a year later. OG Black Panther wrapped 10 months ahead of release..
If they are effectively just doing reshoots at this point (they have been in production for about 6-7 months at this point vs 4 for the original and might have been doing work on what they had during hiatus) it will be close. If they need to go back and do more reshoots, my guess is it'll get pushed to February 2023 and Captain Marvel 2 and Ant-Man 3 will move.
ANT-MAN 3 unless there's a story reason should be done to take the place of Black Panther 2 if needed. It wrapped in November and they are just doing reshoots now. But it's even more of an overlap than BLACK PANTHER 2 would be with THE FLASH opening the weekend before.
BSL/Daniel RPK: BLACK PANTHER 2 filming in Puerto Rico 3/18 (seems unlikely this is going to be ready for November) Mar 07, 08:58
Sounds like a minor scene. {nm} Mar 07, 09:04

I think it's probably Namor related which they saved for last due to likely setpic leaks. {nm} Mar 07, 09:30
Could be, Tyler Perry Studios was extremely leaky, I'd be surprised if they use them again for anything secretive. {nm} Mar 07, 09:48
Probably reshoots... it's fairly common and 8 months away to delivery? Easy peasy. {nm} Mar 07, 13:05
BPNT2 is wrapping in March so this is part of the plan. {nm} Mar 07, 14:06
