IndieWire: Kung Fury 2 (KFURY) listed among Michael Fassbender's upcoming projects in June 2022 article.

I wasn't sure if it was alright to post this here since the news is two weeks old but I did a search and couldn't find it having been shared here at the time.

There also hasn't been any updated news attached to the KFURY stock since 2019 but this article about Michael Fassbender is from June 11, 2022.

"While racing at Le Mans is quite the honor, Fassbender’s successful side hustle as a racecar driver has not hindered his acting career. Later this year he is set to appear in Taika Waititi’s soccer comedy “Next Goal Wins,” and he’ll also appear alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the upcoming “Kung Fury 2.”

Does this indicate that the 2020 lawsuit is no longer holding up Kung Fury 2's release? I couldn't find any other news in this regard.
