ABC news: Alec Baldwin has agreed to asettlement of civil suit by family of slain cinematographer on 'Rust' set.

Exact terms not fully disclosed but includes naming slain woman's husband as executive producer of the film which expects to resume production as soon as January. Prosecutors say settlement does not affect their plans to pursue crininal charges under New Mexico law against four members of movie's cast/crew.
