Personally I don't think anything besides putting (THE cameo) in a Superbowl Spot/final trailer/date change would have moved the needle much

It can be argued it got buried in a packed March, but Mid April, September, October are the only relatively clear dates (post-Superbowl/ANTM3) in 2023. There was arguably room in Mid-Late January had they been daring enough to go against Avatar 2.

That all said I'm thinking maybe a $10-15 million opening difference at the most, no matter what they did and reviews do not support marketing it based on the actual film.
