in theory, it makes it harder for anyone to copyright a pure AI generated-work. otoh, writers gave away their ownership of copyright in
exchange for the studios recognizing the union (i think is how everything became work-for-hire owned by the bosses). so there is probably nothing to stop the guilds and the studios from deeming AI things to have been created by the credited human(s). whether the Copyright Office would go along with this lie agreed-upon is probably another question, never mind whether the studios would even agree to that arrangement
