community! And for whatever reason, some folks have a tough time separating a hit piece from in depth reporting. Like the Taylor Swift "backlash" about AMC and Variance not doing a good job with that release. The fact that movie exists and did as well as it did, isn't just good for the whole industry, its great. Amazing. But it makes Aronson look bad or he was mad about it, so he lashed out. First I thought it was Orr b/c of EXORCIST, but it was Aronson. Same thing here. There's probably one person behind that doc piece with their own agenda. I just dont think it should get blown up as something systemic. Imagine where docs would be if there was no netflix! That whole industry would be on the brink.
