Hmm... Godzilla/Kong and Quiet Place 2021 do well opening things back up, then Godz/Kong 2024 also does well. Quiet Place 2024? Venom 2024?

Ghostbusters not that great this year, though not bad either (better than I thought at least). 

Any other sequels from 2021 I'm missing? Successes certainly seem less predictable than before covid. 

Tangential, I've long thought Oct 2021 and Venom in particular was the big indicator that things could come back to close to the previous normal. Oct pre-covid average was about $700m, Oct 2021 was 88% of that, 623m, which is the 5th best month as far as that metric goes, following July 2022 and April, July, Aug 2023.
