That theater used to be the go to before arclight opened and it increased its audience after it closed but the grove, burbank and
century became arthouse destinations more than Sunset 5 increased. Alamo DTLA has helped the eastside but their theaters are so small you need at least three screens to make it worth while and alamo only gives those up to NEON/A24/Focus/Searchlight
