In the near future LAPD homicide detective Chris Raven (Chris Pratt) wakes up to a nightmare – strapped into an execution chair in a secure court chamber to stand trial for his wife’s murder.  This revolutionary new court is called ‘Mercy’, and Judge Maddox (Rebecca Ferguson) is equipped with cutting-edge crime scene data and digital, video, and cell phone surveillance to generate a verdict. Chris has just ninety minutes to use the high-tech resources of the Mercy court to prove his innocence or he’ll face immediate execution.
