A24 is looking at ~1,100 theaters for The Brutalist. Surprised there isn't an actual # yet.

I'll be curious to see how well it expands. I mean, it just got a bunch of Oscar nominations but it's also still 3 1/2 hours long and that might keep it from screening that much in some theaters..... not that there's really much else out there this week. I could see it making $4 to $5 million... which could get it into top 5. But we'll see.
