I'm bringing the love for Gene Hackman. A one of a kind artist. One of the most important performers of the 2nd half of the century.

All the superlatives get tossed around way too much. Not this time; the all apply here. 


Hackman never stopped being able to bring it like remarkably few others could. It's that old adage, it's the biggest cliche' for a reason: He made everything he was in better. 

Have you ever heard that David Bowie Quote: " I never heard a Kinks song that i didn't like". Well, this is that. 

For the younger crowd at there that hasn't had that much of a chance to familiarize yourselves with Mr. Hackman. Do yourself a favor. He has quite a large body of work, one of the most impressive of anyone. 

This is a tough loss to deal with, if you love the movies. One of the giants has left the building. 

Rest in Peace.
