I guess it depends on the movie...Twisters last night had the ads only at the beginning {nm}

Prime may have sprung ads on their full-price subscribers, but at least ads are only at the beginning (of movies)...unlike Max every 20 min! {nm} tealfan Mar 19, 22:06

at the beginning of some movies (like Twisters) you get a message saying "This movie is brought to you uninterrupted after these messages." {nm} tealfan Mar 20, 18:59
