Are they looking for a Hispanic Wonder Woman? Mexican migrants at that? In the current environment?

Adria's originally Puerto Rican I think but was a Mexican citizen before arriving in Hollywood. But still all Lat-Am. As would be Ana De Armas who'd have been a decent choice too.

If I had to throw a dart at a very wide dart board (of which I know only a few), keeping non-white women (and those not considered attractive/hot in the conventional way) out of the reckoning, I'd say Brighton Sharbino, Mackenzie Foy (does she count as relatively unknown on the big screen after playing kids in Twilight sequels/Interstellar?), Kyla Kenedy, and Dylan Conrique.

Who I'd like to see in the role (with massive acting talent, if not quite a Wonder Woman bod - which can be worked on) - not keeping any of the factors mentioned in consideration (except for skin colour) is Thomasin Mackenzie. But only if there was a really great script. Which beyond a point you can't have in a superhero film. It mostly has to satisfy action sequence cravings. She deserves big blockbuster movie lead roles.
