Yeah, except that it won't just go up .01... it will go up .01 for every trade made (or more--I don't know the ratio)
So if 50 people read something on the board and immediately buy the stock, it can still go up .63 in a matter of seconds. It will be interesting to see if this is a long-term solution to the amount of cash lying around in bigger ports. Right now, people are investing and buying into everything because they can get 25k more shares but it could leave less cash (at least in smaller ports) for daytrading.
