I am shocked...SHOCKED...that there have been 3 late reporters so far this year...Usually that is a whole year's worth.
On the other hand, most of those that do not report the first week never report.
Someday we may need to address cases like MUZLM with non-ERC box. (or HUBLE for that matter which has been treated like "Dark Side of the Moon" )
