Inactive StarBond Delists, aka "The Bucket List" are for performers and directors who have become just that...inactive in theatrical movies.
Granted, an actor signs onto a small film and does not know ahead of time that it will be STV. They usually know if a movie is headed directly to TV> But in many Zero Box Office releases, the actor actually goes out and promotes the movie as if it would report sales. All ZBO's that are released sell some tickets, even if it is only to the relatives of the director. But if the producers or the releasing company do not choose to report to ERC, the perfomer is not, in fact, "Inactive." So deleting these StarBonds would be a case of "punishing" the performer for the actions of the Prodcers/Releasers. Thus was born the exception.
Please note that the Inactive Delists have not existed forever (6 years?) and the first time that the "exception" was used was for LFBOY, she of ABC's "The Practice." Once it was explained by DMac as to why her StarBond was not delisted, I coined the term "LFBOY Rule."
Alas, her movie career has hit the pause button at this time, and her StarBond was delisted last year.
