Yes, in case 2 movies are delisting the same date, the starbond will add these 2 movies and drop the 2 oldest ones in its current TAG.
It's not so much as 2 movies opening the same date, the important date here is the delist date. Remember that movies opening wide will delist in 4 weeks, while movies opening limited will delist in 12 weeks. In this case they're both wide, so it applies indeed, and said starbond will be dropping PERIR and HPOT7 to add both PIRTS and TRAVN.
