SCARE clarification

I'm pretty new to StarBonds and just wanted a little clarification on SCARE's adjustment. If his last 5 releases were (6.62 + 64.27 + 65.80 + 190.33 + 73.60) / 5, would his adjust be 80.12 instead of the actual 102.53? It's likely something I'm missing, so I'm open to any feedback. Thanks!
