The next adjust will be close to the end of February.....A long time to hold if one has limited funds. It is a bounce down from
the adjust. Yes there are those, including my big port, who are pointing the StarBond towards the next adjsut.
However, BONDS only has 30M to work with, (and my Bonds YTD about 60M) and this hold is way to rich for our blood. But a quick profit of over 300K is nice.
When I refer to a "bounce" it is not just those that are arbitrarily going in the reverse direction from the adjust, but also those that have long range potential but will move a lot in the short term. Playing the players. The key is "How long do I hold it?" Those that will be dumped quickly I call the "bounce" BONDS 19 IPO'd on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 3AM there was virtually nothing but "bounce" and it got off to a rousing start.
I am pointing this out because there is strategy involved for the newer, smaller portfolio players.
It is not a simple matter of looking at the PABS and pointing in the same direction as that arrow. RH does not expect it, and neither do I or any of the other experienced traders.
