Why weren't SDOGG and SBUSH bonds delisted but BRDAV and CKILB bonds were delisted?

SDOGG (1/12/07) and SBUSH (1/19/07) most recent movie releases are older than BRDAV (2/16/07) and CKILB (3/2/07).  You would think that given the later two bonds were delisted, the first two would have also have been delisted given there are no projects in the works.  I'm just trying to gain further insight into HSX's decision making process.  Thanks.
