How is the IPO price decided?
She is currently tagged at 85.
Her next adjust will include 5 movies...
250 + 7.75 + 32 + 2 + 250 = 541.75 / 5 = 108.35
Therefore, her next adjust will be a drop of ~52. Why would an IPO price of 160 be chosen in the first place. It appears way out of line.
Now don't get me wrong, I will enjoy the auto-gain of 800K in a little over a month, but curiosity is getting the best of me. Have I calculated this wrong? 250 is still the max right? Even if I use actuals, I don't go above 130...confused.
